Where’s My Ride? – Datathon 2025 Project (Team: Code Blooded)

February 2025

Developed a real-time bus prediction app to answer the common commuter question: “Did I just miss the bus?” The system uses ML and transit data to predict bus timings and suggest alternatives.

Predicts bus travel duration using ML on stop sequences, distance, and time.
Provides alerts if a bus has already departed and suggests alternatives like walking or biking.
Built using Python, pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, and Jupyter notebooks.
Incorporated live data feeds, weather, and user preferences into travel recommendations.

Movies Recommendation System Using Artificial Intelligence

Personal Project

A content-based recommendation system that suggests top 10 movies based on cosine similarity of movie descriptions and genres.

Users can search for any movie title and get similar recommendations with poster previews.
Built using Python, Streamlit, pandas, scikit-learn, and TMDB API.
Implements cosine similarity for content comparison across 5000+ movie entries.
